About the role

Reporting to the Head of Care Services you will be responsible for a group of this leading charity's beneficiaries and the administration, casework and advice associated with this.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge and experience of the welfare benefit system and demonstrate experience of undertaking casework. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload and meet tight deadlines.
