About the role

In this role you will develop and implement a strategy incorporating all aspects of volunteering across the organisation. Your primary focus will include production and delivery of a volunteer recruitment plan, a programme to support the team's volunteer led fundraising model and the production of a supporter stewardship programme.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in volunteering and fundraising and demonstrate good knowledge of community fundraising and experience in volunteer led fundraising activity.
